Since there is so much push for “Interoperability” between agencies and states by FEMA and DHS what does it really mean from experience, regarding;
FEMA/DHS Trucks type Incident Command Vehicle/s traveling across various states for major disasters? Smaller Command SUV vehicle with the addition of a small trailer for other extra items provided the necessary space?
From experience what are the weaknesses/cons and strengths/Pros of each?
