Motorola CPS Narrowband Error

I have a CDM1550LS that I have already narrowbanded prior to Motorola developing their CPS version that looks for this. However, I went in to make one small change to a setting and the CPS software won't program, telling me that everything must be narrowbanded. I have searched every conventional personality at least 15 times and everyone is set to 12.5 kHz. Is there something I'm missing?

If it's an LS, did you look at the default repeaters under LS Trunking \ SIte?

I'm not using any trunking features on the radio. Our chief thought it wise to buy an LS, instead of a plain CDM1250.

Even if you are not using trunking, you still have to go into the LS trunking repeater sites in the CPS and switch them all to 12.5
this previous thread explains it pretty well:

I have a question I am having the same problem with a 1550 ls+ Mobile. I want to put some Ham frequencies in the radio as well. Any ideas?

A little more info, please. Version of the CPS at least. We're not good at guessing these things.
Edit to add: You already asked this exact question over on Radio Reference in the Motorola sub-forum. The answer over here is going to be the same. The last few posts of this thread are the ones I am referring to:
