I have a small fleet of XTS-2500's ( H46KDD9PW5BN ) running analog conventional right now. One of our nearby agencies has gone to P25 digital. I don't see any obvious way in Astro 25 Portable CPS r19.01 to enable one channel for P25 Digital.

Does all that take place under 'ASTRO Systems' instead of 'Conventional' ?

Or do I need additional firmware beside Q811 to actually program a P25 Digital channel?

Have you set up a new conventional personality with Astro as the TX and RX? Then you can add the channel to your zone with the necessary freqs and NAC
