Batboard

I am working on the first vertex 3000U I've had to program. I have a bunch to reprogram. I can read the code plug, which has 24 channels. (This is a 48 channel model).
How do I add another channel. I need to have 26.

Does it show any channels below the last channel that are "Grey'd" out??
