Quantar UHF R2 PA repair

I've got 3 PA's that all have the same problem. Smoked chip caps on the output stages. Repair parrt sre not avail from Mot. These caps are marked with either an overscore M1 or an underscore 1W. They are the only ones on the board with those markings. I haven't found any information online regarding deciphering these markings for the component value, so I was wondering if anyone could help at all.
