I'm trying to reach this person. How can I contact him? There's no way to PM this userID.

Sure there is.
Click this link:

BTW, he doesn't come around very often, unless Elroy Jetson gets mad about something and summons him back from the abyss.

Jeff,
When I click that link, it takes me to a PM, but there's no recipient....and when I compose a message and click send, it errors out on "No recipient". That "Bat Wing" user ID is not accepting PMs.

That's odd, I was able to send him a PM just fine. I'd suggest PMing Alex

I think moderators can PM him but users can't. I have info that he needs to be made aware of but not at liberty to share it with others just yet. Is there a general email address or something for this site/forum that will allow me to reach him?

I just tested creating a PM to him using your user permissions, and it created the PM just fine, showing Bat Wing as the recipient.
If you don't want to go through Alex, the only other way I can think of contacting him might be through the webmaster email link on the actual Batlabs site.
Good luck, he's not the responsive type.

Guys, I don't know what to tell you... there's simply no PM button on his profile when I view it. And when I view the "Members" link, again, he's the only user ID with no PM button on it. I think he had the check-box set for only Admins and moderators to contact him via PM and no other users. Understandable.
Furthermore, there is no "webmaster" email link on the main batlabs site. There's a "Contact us" link, but it leads me right back to the forums.

Oh, that's interesting to know. As most everyone knows on here I have no control over the main site... so why point people to a forum where no one can fix the issue? Cute.

It's been like that for as long as I can recall. The entire "batlabs" site (except the batboard) is very out of date and has no real recent info. Understandable...people move on and get tired of maintaining it.

That's why it should be turned into a wiki. Some of the info on Batlabs predates many current members' first ISP accounts!

I just looked at the Members Page, and next to Bat Wing there is NO PM icon. When you click on his user name, again, there is NO place to send him a PM.
Just from what I just tried.

I can confirm this. No PM option for me either.
Not that it matters, since dude hasn't logged in since September 2011 and his last messages were regarding taking control of the Batboard again (which obviously hasn't happened) and, if memory serves, Elroy's last bit of brain-damage (which has been banished to the digital abyss).
