Help with CM300 and Waris Flash tool

Ok, I have a CM300 (alpha numeric model) that had the freq cut off at 146.00 for the low side. I wanted to open that up and use the VHF1 to make it more Amateur friendly.
Looking over the boards I found that Waris Firmware flash tool. So away I go searching the net for it and I find it. The description tells me that it will work for the CM300. After flashing the radio with the Waris I have turned my CM300 into a CM200. No display etc... I need to find a Waris file for the CM300, any suggestions?
