Maxtrac Trunking on VHF R1 (136-162MHz)

Hi All!
Is it possible to program maxtrac trunking radio 146-173MHz to work on trunking system with control channels on 140 MHz?
We have R2 maxtracs with RF board that support 12.5KHz step (addition device that soldered to rf board)
Can someone send me a trunking codeplug for low VHF?
