I have a motorola m208 and the frequency range is 403-430 Mhz. I alredy have RIB.
How to change frequency range to 430-470 Mhz.

Hi:
Sorry to report, your radios range is
governed by " hardware componets " and
not just necessaraly RSS.
You might be able to Extend its range a
little, but I would not Expect Optimum perfromance beyond 440 Mhz....
If you have the time, you could reinitialize
the Logic Board, and then try and get the best performace, however, you would be much
better off obtaining a radio with the porper
range you need.
