MTS 2000?

Is there a flash code for this radio that will do P25? Of course I would need the radio to do all the other wonderful things that most P25 flashed radios do. I'm curious at this point is this even possible?

Nope. No MTS2000 ( or ANY Jedi radio ) EVER did Digital P25.

You'll have to get an XTS3000, 5000, 2500, etc. for that ( flashed properly for P25 of course ).
