Batboard

In all the fleet, one dept. talk permanent tone comes and goes on it's own. The only thing different from all the other departments is we have suspended scan activated. I don't know how that could be a problem but that's all we can see that's different. No I haven't turned off the scan suspended yet. Just looking to see if anybody had a short cut.
P.S. We want the tone on.
P.S. Two radios are doing it, or I should say only two officers are reporting it.
