Enhanced ID display for Astro Spectra

Hi
I did some research and found that Astro Spectra mobiles with a flashcode starting with 4 or 5 should be able to display MDC ID.
However, mine just alerts me that a "call has been received" but does not show me the ID.
Apparently, the option is called "enhanced display ID" but I dont see it anywhere in the programming codeplug.
Can anyone help me with this?
