A little help please! GP340 no power up

We have some GP340 that do not power up. The SWB+ line drops milliseconds after switch on the radio. Tried to provide all the necessary voltages to the micro controller, the ASFIC and the synthesizer, but no luck. Does anyone encountered this issue? We believe it has something to do with the codeplug or the EEPROM. Any help will be much appreciated.
