NMN6193 Speaker Mic Wiring Diagram

I'm looking for a wiring diagram / pin-out for the RJ45 end of the mic cord.
Speaker mis is used on a Motorola VHF Portable radio

Do you know just how many different portable radios Motorola has?
Do you have any idea of just how many different speaker mics there are that use an RJ45 type connector?
Maybe you should consider providing a radio model number and the part number of the mic in question. You might just get the information you so desire. Bear in mind that over time, Motorola has changed cable vendors, so the colors might change. Have run into this on several occasions.
