GM340 codeplug password bypass

ok so greetings to all, first i`m new here and hope to find this forum usefull for someone whos new in radio programming.
I did programmed YAESU and Kenwood, and did a lot with mobile phones and computers. i am an IT engineer so i do understand some stuff
Ok so for the problem,
i have an Motorola GM340 and when i try to read it guess what password protected. Now the last owner does not know the password, it is an old company system, the older owner just left company, and did not leave anything. Now we can go to judge do all the thing, but that will take forever. So please bare with me here.
Now i saw some things that bypass can be done within the CPS software, it is as the software needs to request password, otherwise it just reads it.
So as far as i can see GM340 needs cps R03.02.01 how to bypass pass in it? Or i can use some more modern CPS?
And of course one more thing, is it possible, if i catch the communication between radio and PC i can see the password, im guessing it will be transmited to the PC.

OH and PS i need to know what is in codeplug. So no optin, just to write new codeplug.
