Hello, I know this is a Motorola Forum, but I need help.

I just got a Relm RMV800, I traded for it, And it works great. It receives and Transmits no problem. But, The mic isn't picking up my voice or anything when I talk or blow into it. I also tried a Motorola mic I have for it, it wouldn't pick up my voice. I really would like to be able to actually transmit voice, and not just keyup and have MDC transmitting. If anyone can help me it'll be appreciated.

Did you check the mic switch? These had problems at times, especially when cold.

No I didn't check that, but I tried to update the firmware and screwed things up lol. I'm sending it out to Relm soon.
