Batboard

I have a motorola r100 and i have a id-o-matic 3 set up on it and trying to figure out why when the id-o-matic is idle for a long time then when i key up the repeater the transmitter gets stuck transmitting. When i reset the power every thing work okay. Could this have some thing to do with the cor/cos?
