Has anyone else had trouble getting 25 KHz entitlement keys from MOL ?
I ordered and received the CPS, took the narrow banding class a week ago.
My account still doesn't show the keys.
It seems like the entitlement keys and the class are a mistry to everyone I talk to at MOL.
Has anyone else run into this?

Did you order the entitlement keys after you finished the class? It's been a while since I got my keys, but IIRC, I had to order them just like a part or product after I received notice of passing the class. They are on the page where the software and programming cables are for each product line. Part number HKVN4182 for the Commercial Series and HKVN4180 for the Professional series are the ones I got. I just doubled checked and the keys are still there.

You have to place a separate order for each key you want.

Followup notes:

I completed the course and got my certificate on January 28, 2013.

I ordered the Pro key on January 30, 2013 and received the email containing the key on 2/1/13.

I ordered the Commercial key on January 31, and received it in email on February 4th. I don't know why the difference in time to complete the order, but overall, it was a relatively short wait.

Total time start to finish was a week. I don't remember trying to hustle through the process so I would have to believe that it can be done in less time.

I have sense found out that there was a permissions problem with a whole group of people that took the class around the same time. Mol has been trying to fix it for days now.

They should have been able to manually enable the permissions after a phone call and an email to the MOL team with a copy of your certificate
