Batboard

I have a HT1250 VHF that wont power on.

I can see something fell off the board and I was advised it is a Capacitor 2311049A05.

I was looking to see if anyone had the detailed repair to share with me.

Detailed repair for what? Soldering a cap chip to the PCB? What exactly do you want to know?
