Batboard

can anyone advise me how can i connect VHF device (GR300) to Tetra conventional interface via cable in order to attach VHF subs to tetra group.
PINOUT of tetra conventional interface is as below :

RJ45 Color Function
1 white/orange CD+
2 orange CD-
3 white/green Line-Rx+
4 blue Line-Tx+
5 white/blue Line-Tx-
6 green Line-Rx-
7 white/brown TX-ON+
8 brown TX-ON-

and VHF Device includes two GM300 and HLN3333B.

i don't have experience with GR300.
