"Exporting" an AES-256 board to an FPO address

I'm selling a crypto board with AES-256 on it, and I have interest from someone with an FPO address. Looking at the USPS site, I would still need a customs form for it. Does anyone have experience in this area? I did a search, but it seemed like everything as about true international shipping.

I'd assume AES-256 is not allowed or would require an export permit to some countries ? With an FPO address the ultimate destination is unknown so you could be getting on dangerous ground here.

FPO stands for Fleet Post Office which means you will most likely be sending it to a service member on a Naval ship. I wouldn't think there would be an issue with it. I had secured modules shipped to me at an APO and had no issues receiving them. The customs form listed them as well.

I ended up shipping it to his house within the US. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
