Trying to find a radio belt holder

I have been searching the internet to try to find a radio belt holder for a Motorola HT. The part I am looking for is the black, plastic, female receiver for the the 1/2 moon (or D-ring) that goes on the back of the HT. The piece is is about 1 1/2" square, made of plastic, and is attached to a person's belt. I have a few left and one of them has the part number 64B05444C01. I have found one vender that will sell me the part attached to a piece of leather which your belt with go through, but I am looking for just the plastic, female receiver. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
