Recently I picked up some old jedi equipment cheap at a auction from a fire department. The chargers I received are the NTN7209A's. However the batteries that came with the radios are NiMH. The "shoe charger" says to only use NiCAD batteries in the charger. Am I going to hurt the NiMH batteries in the NiCAD chargers? I've always used the corresponding chemistry type chargers for my other Moto equipment so this is the first time I'm presented with the issue.

Might be something in the archives, believe this has come up before. They're generally considered to be a dual chem. charger but apparently early versions had those stickers.
Also look under NTN1168A which is the part # assigned to this charging base when supplied with a US power cord, (they also used ntn1167 and ntn1169 model #'s when they came with other region cords).
