Batboard

Hi all. So I got a PSM designed to work with the XTS series. Problem is VERY scratchy and low audio. (RSM# NMN6191C) not useable.

Do you have another RSM to try on it? That would tell you whether or not there's something wrong with the RSM or the radio. Otherwise, yes, that model should work fine on a 2500.

Good thought. This one is brand new, and the radio is new-old-stock. I will try another mic when I return to work.
