Quantar Fast Keyup feature

Hi everyone,
I've seen in the Quantar manual that there is a Fast Keyup feature that applies to non-Simulcast analog conventional stations.
I've been looking around in the CSS for a way to configure the feature, but haven't found controls for it.
I'm guessing that there are a few possibilities, eg:
- the feature is only supported by certain versions of hardware / firmware
- the feature is locked by the system type (or some other setting(s))
- I need a different configuration tool
Has anyone any tips / experience with using this feature that they can share?
In case a little context helps: I'm hoping to use the transceiver with an external controller, on a channel for FSK modems. The flatness of the response and the short delay suit what I'm trying to do.
If there is any info about the transceiver that would help answer the question, let me know and I'll check it out
