We have a half dozen radios mixed 750s and 1250s. We have always had issues with the 1250s audio level being low through the 16 connector. We an plug the 750 and everything is great. Plug in the 1250 and you can barely here anything. I can't find anything in the codeplug but I am no expert. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are you plugging in? Not really enough information....
Re: CDM 1250 and 750 RX audio levels
We are plugging in a harness that connects to a headset. Harness and headset all work great with the 750 but plug in the 1250 and you can't hear much if anything.

As Will has said, just what are you connecting to the radios? Which pin connections are you using?
Remember that these audio connections don't want one side connected to ground. You can blow the audio output amp if you connect directly to the speaker output connections and then try to ground one side.
There is a fixed audio output level that doesn't follow the volume control setting available on these radios. It does have a DC bias on it so again, you will probably need to use a series coupling capacitor to prevent the line from being pulled down.
If you provide just a little hint of what your trying to do, you will probably get all the helpful suggestions you need to solve your problem.

These run through this harness.

The audio is controlled with the volume knob. The tones are plenty loud just the RX audio is low.
These work perfect with all three of the CDM750s and even a loaner CDM1550ls+ but will not work with any of the CDM1250s.
