Noisy PL/DPL on MTR2000

Post by Renamon »

Hey all!

Where do I "turn down" the PL/DPL on a MTR2000? I have checked everywhere I can think of and nothing I tweak seems to make a difference!

I can hear the DPL rumble and I can hear a hum that has something to do with the PL (that changes when I change the PL).

I just aligned it, and the codes for the PA were off. Since I corrected them, the DPL rumble is bad and there is a hum present when transmitting a PL. When no PL/DPL, the signal is nice and clean.

Redo the modulation linearity where you set the slopes as flat as possible on the positive and negative waveform. They will never be perfectly flat, but they should eyeball with the same slightly curvy line.
