Is anyone else experiencing trouble logging in to MOL using Internet Explorer? I receive a red message that my browser does not support cookies, but cookies are enabled and switching between compatibility and normal mode doesn't seem to make any difference. I am using Windows 7 Pro on both machines. Haven't had this problem in the past. I considered posting this on the Computer/Technical Assistance forum, but it doesn't look like it gets much traffic.

Hmm.. you're right, I'm getting the same error regardless of my security settings. I normally use Chrome. But then how do you use the exploded parts diagaram/reference? It used to only work on IE... for me anyway. You'd click on the diagram and the part would pop up underneath?

I use Firefox and have never seen that message or had problems logging in.

Bottom line, whoever designed that site has no clue what they're doing. Unfortunately the people that should have fired the site designers and hired new ones a long time ago have no clue what they're doing either. And I've got a sneaky suspicion that they're all the same people that are responsible for CPS.

But the "interactive" exploded parts diagrams where you click on a PDF and the part displays below doesn't work for me in anything but IE... is this the case for everyone too?

Yep, hasn't worked in FireFox for years...

Do you really think that a company that can't have fully functional radio programming software would do much better on a simple thing like a working web site?
The company would rather spend all that lavish money on the company board members than spend 5 cents extra on such a mundane item like their web site.

Great - so you need IE to log in but can't log in in IE. But don't worry, we got your life-safety line covered in an emergency!
