Hello everyone, i currently own a APX 7000XE and finally decided to purchase the speaker mic for it (RSM) I am having an issue with it however. I can not hear any audio out of the external speaker mic. Once i unplug it i can hear the audio fine from the radios internal. Are there any options i might be overlooking in CPS?
Current firmware/CPS is V12 pm the unit.

First off, welcome to the forum. Lots of threads here that are helpful.... try searching first and you might find something.
Even with R12.00.00, you'll still have issues with older DEV units.

Did you recently acquire this XE? From eBay?
There's a lot of sellers on eBay selling developmental junk APX radios that have problems like what you're experiencing.
