i have a CM300d i found out its analog only. what does it take to upgrade it to DMR? im sure the simple answer is send to M, but that is likely to be $$$$$$$$$

You purchase an EID (Entitlement ID). It's entered via CPS.

EID can be sent by e-mail (just a long code), so you can purchase from any dealer.
