HT1250 (Waris) Low Band Schematic (pwr)

Hi everyone! I am looking for information on low band vhf (1st and 2nd split) Info .
I do have the basic and detailed service manual but there is not schematic for the low band neither electronics info ...
I am troubleshooting a power issue and wonder what is the power transistor part number used and mainly if they are using the same 9Z67 LDMOS driver (which tends to break on all other uhf and vhf) ...
Also does someone know why the info is not in the detailed manual for 200 and 30-42 and 35-50 mhz ?
