It hasn't gone anywhere, it's now known as Communications Support forum:

That's why I kept getting an error for I had it bookmarked under the old name

They changed domain name and last week they updated the forum. Looks like the old domain name does not redirect correctly for you. You should update your booksmark to the new address cited above
