TLN6297A-1 REMOTE TO MCS2000

How can I hookup a DC remote to an MCS2000?

The radio that was connected was a MITREK super consolette and the DC remotes terminated at an TLN6297A. I have no experience with these remotes.
Additional info (inside the mitrek case)
RED 1=A+
2 N/C
YEL 3 3.2 OHM CONSTANT
GRN 5 PTT
6 N/C GND
BRN 7 MIC HI
WHT 8 MON

There is a board mounted (vertically) inside the consolette case it looks like some sort of remote interface.
Is the TLN6297A all that I need or are there more parts to make this work?
MCS2000 model II
Thanks

Do I want to use the accessory pins or use the mic jack to do the interface?

I would think that using the accessory connector would be your better choice.

I have five wires

What do I need for a remote into the radio?
Ptt
Mic
Do I need voltage for the mic?
Where do I get my receive audio? (Speaker audio?)

I have never done this and I'm sure this is a piece of cake for some people out there.
