I have what seems to be a puzzling situation. I've got 20 CP200XLS VHF radios in my inventory. They are all cloned off a single codeplug for consistency. I've got MDC1200 signaling set up for all of them. They each transmit a unique ID, and all of them have the same alias list in the MDC Call section of the CPS tree. I'm using post only on the transmit side.

One of the portables will only display the alias for barely a second or so while the others, programmed with the same codeplug, will show the alias for 5 or 6 seconds. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Are they all the same firmware version ?

Yes, all purchased at the same time and S/N's nearly sequential.
