HMN9052C Microphone pin out

Post by shanebohannan »

I am trying to convert a HMN9052C handheld Microphone to an 8 pin kenwood and can not find the pin outs for the mic on the internet.

Can someone point me in the right direction for the pin out.

Thank you

That would be it, but I have another question.

Does anyone know what colors go to what pin? Someone (me) cut the end off and now I can't find it to mate the colors to the pin.

Thank you

Easy peasy. Get a multimeter and ohm them out.

Motorola uses carbon equivalent and Kenwood uses dynamic (or used to).

Similar to my interface for a Motorola GM300 mic on a ICOM-7200 HF radio... two resistors.
