Motorola MCC5500 Consoles

I am looking for someone who has experience with programming and management with the Motorola MCC5500 Console systems. I have a few administrative questions concerning programming issues and dispatch screen changes-modifications. I have past experience with the Gold Elite and the MCC7000 series consoles. Just need to do some comparison of information.
