Batboard

Im haveing a problem with a radio that i programed.
I have inputed all the frequencys and things. I can hear perfect. Amd i can transmit. But only over a short range.
Ie: if. Stood im outside of a building and the other person is inside.

To other people it sounds like the person inside the building are talking to themselfs.

Any ideas on what the problem would be

Did you just buy this radio recently? Do you know it's history? Does it have other channels, and do those work as expected?

I have had the radio for about a year. Not long got around to programing it. Had the frequency which we use so i didnt have to worry about finding that. I think i set it up correctly as i can hear everyone who uses the same frequency.

Im just not sure why i can only be heard if like i said im just outside the building. Not sure if its some sort of tone issue or something like that
