Hello Everyone,

I have a fleet of 12 XTL2500's that need the G114 ID option installed. MOL is NO help. They tell me the part number is "G114" and it's above price book. I know better.
Any help would be appreciated.

Any MSS that's processed a Flashport upgrade should be able to do this for you. Jeff (escomm) can almost certainly help.

It is above price book. That is the right option code. It will have to go through APB ordering. Motorola is not yanking your chain....this time

G114 is only half the order code. You need the proper "T" model main line part number. The Motorola shop you go though can help you with that. It's straight forward.
