HT750 lost battery circuit

Post by arlojanis »

I have an old UHF HT750 that has lost the circuit between the fuse and the power switch. The path is in the inside layers. Is there a good place to jump fuse up to switch?

A very common problem. You can normally jump it from the on/off switch to Q502 pin 1 or 4. Look at the board with the on/off switch in the upper right corner. Below the on/off switch you will see Q502 a six pin LED driver. Pin 1 will be the in the upper left corner and pin 4 in the lower right corner. The switched output of the on/off switch will be the one near the top of the board as you are looking at it. Good luck!

Q502 is SWB+. What I need is UNSWB+, on the same side of board as switch lugs.
