Motorola DTR550 Mini Keyboard NTN2074 Vs. NNTN5491

I have a pair of Motorola DTR550s and I am looking for a mini keyboard. The part number NTN2074 shows up, but some sites show that the NNTN5491 replaced the NTN2074. Does anybody happen to know what the differences are? I was thinking of contacting Moto, but typically I get stonewalled with questions like this.
