Does motorola have antennatuner build in?

My swr on my motorolas is allwayes good on alle frequencys. Also if i take the antenne off. It changes a lille when i take the antenna off...
When i do the same messuring on my yaesu ft 7800 the swr is not the same on different frequencys.
I use the same meter and same antenna/cable.
Does the motorola just adapt or what happens? The normal is to adapt the antenna to the frequency, so the swr drops under 1.5.
I have messured a mc900/gm1200/mts2000 it is All the same. Only my ft7800 acts normally.
The radioes funktions fine by the Way, so there is nothing Wrong with them.
