Is there a way to have a forced scan list programmed into the radio... we use XTL2500 and APX7500 VHF

Problem: The scan list are user programmable, thus people are always talking channels out of the scan list that should be scanned... its not malicious but sometimes there is a repeater problem or testing going on and removing the channel makes sense. The problem is when it doesn't get added back in.

If there a way to make the radio, every time it is newly turned back on, revert back to a "master" scan list (same channels each time the radio powers on), and have the radio always be in "scan" mode when it is turned on. Still allow people to remove if necessary, but wouldn't be a permanent thing that carries over.

Yes, in scan list>general tab>, just select the non priority members to "Fixed". If there is a NUIS menu option, they can lock out the channel temporarily until the radio is turned off or the scan is turned off then back on again.
