MTS2000 Model 2, 3 flex compatible ?

MTS2000 Model 2, 3 flex compatible ?

Have a model 2 I'm working on and notice it has a 15 button flex under the 6 button cover, are the flex assemblies interchangeable between model 2 and 3 radios ?
