I have an XTL2500 that refuses to allow me to set the scan members I want.

I press prog and there is only call and page (no scan). I hold scan and there is select/delete etc but I get an error tone on selecting a channel not in group or deleting one that is from CPS.

Where have I gone wrong? I never had this weird issue with the XTL5000, scan was just always there.

Well that was a derp and a half, forgot to shift non-priority from fixed to op-select. /sigh.

But anyway, what is the go with the similar but disfunctional scan menu you get by holding scan like with the old GM300s?

Now I only have to work out me ADP and how to program that (getting keyfail), the rest is finally sorted.
