I am getting a message "the system could not find the phone book entry for this connection" I have completed the modem setup for serial transfer, all the lights start to flash on the control board when I tell the RSS to load the firmware, then this error.

I found my error, there was a box in the modem setup that said connection type "slip" that was unchecked, kinda wish I had not found it as the upgrade killed the Quantar.
