Micor VHF AMP TLD1704C

I'm looking for any information on this 162-174MHZ amplifier. I found a 220 MHZ conversion for the Harmonic filter, but cannot find any other schematics or information. Any help will be much appreciated. This will be used for the ETSNJ 220 repeater in Watchung NJ.
