What radios do you own?: Motorola HT1000 and CDM1250

I am trying to program a pair of Motorola P210 radios. The software I have downloaded from the internet say's
"Program Too Big To Fit In Memory". Can anyone please lead me in the right direction on how to gets theses radios programmed.
