I just had one of these beasts walk in the door, and I don't have a lick of documentation for this old thing.

It's a C71RCB6146B......Spectra-TAC control shelf, 2 receivers......I have the 6881025E60-F control and applications manual, but that doesn't apply to this control shelf.....

Anyone got anything that might help me out here?

Going to need more info to tell you what you have.
That number should be 100 watt VHF Low Band, PL coded squelch, two single channel receivers, tone remote control, base (Not repeater).
Not sure what you mean by "Spectra-TAC control shelf.
My guess is that it is a "non-unified" MICOR with two Spectra-TAC remote receiver chassis's instead of the usual "non-unified" setup.
The usual is a tray for the exciter, a tray for the receiver, a tray for the control cards, a PA, and a power supply. All interconnected by a 50 conductor "ribbon cable". The PA is OFTEN the intermittent duty 100 watt incorporated into the exciter tray.
Give a little more info and we can see just what you have.
