H5157
H5157A
H5157B

Sorry, disappointed that I didn't catch the incorrect main model number before posting.
Question is to distinguish the differences between the H5157 part numbers (+/A/B) for the GR1225.

Those are likely just manufacturing revisions of the same product, possibly because of a vendor or design change.
