I am looking for a push bumper for the front of my 2000 S-10 ZR2. I am looking at the Go-Rhino unit from Galls
here. Looking for info on things like ease of installation, durability, how it will hold up in the NY winters (SALT) etc......
Thanks Guys !

It will hold up as long as you keep in clean. Wash salt off constantly. In Pittsburgh, most metal pushbars rot away if not cleaned often. Use grease wherever pieces contact each other during assembly. Touch up any nicks in the paint.

I've got a Rhino on my Impala, and so far it's ok with the salt here in WI....I wash the car every week, tho. If you get the Rhino, put a good coat of wax on the metal...it'll go a long way to keep it looking nice.

Setina makes some real nice aluminum ones for like 120 bucks or something. I've put mine through hell and they haven't bent or crushed yet.

Troy Products has some decent ones too.

The Crown Vic brackets are also used as universal brackets for mounting on vehicles like yours. Call Bebe, the Nat'l sales mgr. at Troy, they are adding new products every day.
